Project 1: Modular surface relief fabrication

Dynamic structure made from multiple forms

I and my partner, Maisum are making
                    a "PUFFER FISH LANTERN"
                       for this project.

we decide that we need to make
                       three parts; head, body,
                        and caudal fin (tail) !

*1st day

starting with this triangular shape for body part.

                 made repeated holes with puncher

*2nd day

making a caudal fin with index card

                   I also used a heavy-weight
                    black construction paper
                     to look more abstract.

I just finished the front side of tail..

                    finally done the both sides.

*3rd day

my partner, Maisum made this interesting fishy scale.
actually this is for head part

put a rubber cement on the surface

how do we hang this all up?

we are in the spray booth.

                      Maisum made this hanger ^.^

lights are coming out through the scales

                            front side

still have some problems.. we will figure them out!
